December 31st 2006: AFC Wimbledon arrangements
Arrangements for the visit of AFC Wimbledon on Wednesday night are as follows:
Admission prices will be £8 Adults, £4 Senior Citizens & Under 16s, £2 Under 12s if Accompanied by an Adult.
Seats in the stand will be reserved for families and senior citizens and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The turnstiles will be opening at 6pm. Please note that the bars can only be accessed from inside the ground so there will therefore be no entry into the bars before this time.
We will be operating self-segregation with stewards available just inside the turnstiles to direct supporters to the appropriate areas. Bromley fans will have the Norman Park end, AFC Wimbledon fans the car park end. There will be no changing ends at half time. AFC Wimbledon fans will have use of the downstairs bar. Bromley fans will have use of the upstairs bar. Both sets of supporters will have access to cover and toilet and refreshment facilities.
The bars will serve until shortly before kick off although drinks may not be taken outside. Both bars will recommence serving at the final whistle.
Traffic restrictions will be in place to ensure minimum congestion on the evening. There will be no parking in Hayes Lane, which will be coned off. As we anticipate the car park filling up quickly you may wish to consider travelling by public transport. Any blue badge holders requiring a reserved parking space should contact the Club prior to the game.
December 30th 2006: Comings and goings
Bromley have ended the year with a flurry of players joining and leaving the Club. Former Millwall winger and current Grenadan international, Byron Bubb has signed on a non-contract basis from AFC Wimbledon whilst fellow midfielder, Robbie Hughes, who last played for The Lillywhites in 2001/02 has also returned to Hayes Lane. Meanwhile, first team fringe players, Michael Donovan, John Hind and Craig Price who have all played a part in Bromley's high-flying reserve team this season have been allowed to join Slough Town in order to gain some Ryman League experience.
December 9th 2006: New date for the Dons
Bromley's home fixture against AFC Wimbledon, which was postponed due to their continuing involvement in The FA Trophy has been rearranged for Wednesday 3rd January 2007, kick off 7:45pm.

December 8th 2006: Williams commits his future
Former Welsh Under 21 International, Gareth Williams has elected to stay with The Lillywhites for the foreseeable future by agreeing an 18 month contract which will take him up to the end of the 2007/08 season. The 24 year old forward, who began his career as a trainee with Crystal Palace before making over 70 appearances for Colchester United, signed on Friday morning having helped Bromley to successive victories against Heybridge Swifts and Hendon.
Lloyd Blackman and Nathan Simpson were released on Friday to allow them to join Billericay Town and Tooting & Mitcham United respectively. We wish them all the best with their new clubs.

December 6th 2006: Bromley snap up Watts
Bromley are pleased to announce that Steve Watts has agreed terms to join the Club. The prolific goalscorer left Fisher Athletic recently having netted almost 100 times in two and a half seasons with The Fish. Manager, Mark Goldberg is delighted to have captured the player, saying: "Steve is a great signing for us who has a proven track record not only at Ryman level but in the leagues above as well."
Speaking after putting pen to paper Steve said: " I was at Fisher Athletic full-time and enjoying it but in the last couple of months my business has started to go well so I asked them to release me so I could put more time in.
Several Conference clubs came in for me but the travelling would have been too much. I was offered an unbelievable package but I turned it down because I need to concentrate on my business. Coming here is not about money.
Mark (Goldberg) is going to give up his time and use his experience in business to help me market my ideas. My office is in Biggin Hill and I live in South East London so Bromley is perfect for me. With Cannons nearby as well it's all fallen into place like a jigsaw.
I'm hoping to help the Club win promotion. I know from playing for Fisher how difficult it is to win this league but it'll be a good challenge. The bar's lovely and the pitch has really improved over the years, they're doing a lot of work on the five-a-side pitches and have been getting some big crowds recently. Bromley's fans are really passionate about their team and it's a good club to come to."
December 2nd 2006: Hayes Lane in safe hands
November ended on a high for Bromley Football Club when Chairman, Jerry Dolke completed the purchse of the freehold late on Thursday. Hayes Lane, which had been sold from under the Club over a decade a go had most recently been owned by the Cannons Group. Speaking to the website, Jerry said,
"We became aware some time ago that Cannons would be willing to consider an offer for our ground and after some very lengthy and tense negotiations I am delighted that we have finally completed the deal. This will put the Club on an extremely firm footing and will enable us to further develop the facilities in the future."
